Shipping

We send our books all around the world from our bases in The Netherlands and the UK. We do our best to ensure that each book reaches its destination as quickly as possible, but shipping will sometimes take a while. Please click here to find all the information about our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Have you ordered a book, but discovered it’s not the right one after all? Or do you just want to return your order? No problem! You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your products, without providing a reason why. Please click here for all the information and to read our returns policy. Please contact us for further instructions before sending back your order.

Subscriptions

Do you have a subscription and do you want to change your address, or would you like to cancel this subscription? Please send an email with your request, subscription number, old (and new) address and any further details to circulation.assistant@geomares.nl

FAQ

Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, after paying for your order you will receive a confirmation email including an invoice.

Is it possible to get an invoice showing a different address than the shipping address?
Yes it is. In the order process you can indicate both an invoice address and a shipping address. 

Can I change my address for the subscription I have?
Of course this is possible. Please send your request to circulation.assistant@geomares.nl.
 
Where can I add my discount code?
When you have everything you would like in your shopping cart, you are ready to check out. Click on the shopping cart icon in the right corner to proceed to the checkout. Right next to the subtotal amount you will see ‘Discount Codes ’. Click on this button to enter your discount coupon code.

I would like to order multiple copies. Can I get a discount?
This depends on various circumstances. Please send your inquiry to webshop@geomares.nl. We will be happy to help you.

I would like to become a reseller. Is this possible?
We always welcome new resellers! Please send us an email to receive more information and to discuss the possibilities.
